摘要
目的探究重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗青光眼滤过术后干眼症的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年1月至2016年12月收治的126例青光眼滤过术后干眼症患者为研究对象,采用数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,各63例。对照组患者采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,观察组患者则采用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌试验、角膜荧光染色评分均明显改善,且优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗青光眼滤过术后干眼症的疗效确切。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor guttacombined with sodium hyaluronate gutta in the treatment of dry eye after glaucoma filtering surgery. Methods From January2016 to December 2016, 126 patients with dry eye after glaucoma filtering surgery were enrolled in this study, andrandomly divided into observation group and control group, with 63 cases in each group. The patients in the control groupwere treated with sodium hyaluronate gutta, the patients in the observation group were treated with recombinant bovinebasic fibroblast growth factor gutta combined with sodium hyaluronate gutta. The clinical effects between the two groupswere compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlgroup(P〈0.05). After treatment, the tear film rupture time, tear secretion test and the score of corneal fluorescence stainingof the observation group significantly improved, and those of the observation group were better than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gutta combined with sodium hyaluronategutta in the treatment of dry eye after glaucoma filtering surgery is obvious.
