摘要
目的探究中医综合护理对慢性盆腔炎患者疗效的影响。方法选取2016年7月—2017年5月我院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者90例作为研究对象,按照入院时间不同展开为对照组(中医治疗)及实验组(中医治疗+对症中医综合护理),均为45例。结果实验组、对照组的治疗总有效率分别为97.78%、86.67%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医综合护理对慢性盆腔炎患者疗效有积极的影响,有效改善患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on the curative effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 90 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation from July 2016 to May 2017 in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. the control group （traditional Chinese medicine treatment） and the experimental group （TCM treatment ＋ symptomatic TCM Comprehensive nursing） were all 45 cases according to the diferent time of admission. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group and the control group was 97.78% and 86.67% respectively, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine has a positive effect on the curative effect of patients with chronic pelvic infammation, and efectively improve the quality of life of the patients.
