摘要
目的分析慢性盆腔炎患者接受中医综合护理的具体效果。方法选择在2016年全年内收治的104例慢性盆腔炎患者作为试验对象,均匀分成常规组与中医组,各52例,常规组患者在药物治疗的同时单纯接受常规护理干预,中医组患者则需要在对常规组基础之上接受中医性质综合护理,对2组患者的具体疗效及生活质量进行分析。结果中医组的疗效明显优于常规组,且生活质量也更高(均P<0.05)。结论在慢性盆腔炎患者的临床护理工作开展中,中医综合护理的具体应用效果较好,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the specific effect of the comprehensive nursing of TCM in the related nursing of the patients with chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods 104 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease who were treated in the whole year of 2016 were selected as the subjects.All the subjects were divided into routine group and TCM group according to different nursing methods,with 52 cases in each group.The patients in the routine group received routine nursing intervention and medication,and the patients in the TCM group needed the TCM comprehensive nursing on the basis of the routine group.The curative effect and quality of life was analyzed.Results The curative effect of the TCM group was better than that of the routine group,and the quality of life was higher（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the clinical nursing of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,the TCM comprehensive nursing has a good application effect,and is worth popularizing.
