摘要
全球化大背景下,文化对人类社会发展的影响愈加突出。悠久丰富的中华文化作为世界文化的重要组成部分,走出去亦成为历史发展的必然。系统阐述了中华水文化走出去的必要性与可行性,就出版社以现代出版为载体,积极推动中华水文化走出去的内容、形式以及渠道等进行了描述和分析,并就优先支持的现代水文化出版项目及相关政策措施提出了初步建议。
In circumstances of globalization, culture has far-reaching impact on social development. Being part of the world culture, it is inevitable for the Chinese culture going global since it has long history and rich contents. The necessity and feasibility of Chinese culture going global are systematically discussed. Description and evaluation are also made on its contents, approaches and channels. Suggestion are given regarding priorities of modern water publishing project and supporting policy measures.
