摘要
中信银行杭州分行新大楼地下室设计为三层"两墙合一"地下连续墙,对防水施工带来了一定的挑战。通过采用"王"字型接头钢板代替普通地下连续墙接头型钢、桩头处采用水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料、底板采用喷涂速凝涂料与三元乙丙卷材、顶板采用冷刮非固化涂料+三元乙丙卷材涂卷复合等技术,解决了本项目地下防水施工难题。
The new building basement of Hangzhou Branch of CITIC Bank is designed to be three layers of diaphragm wall with ＂two walls together＂, which has brought challenges to waterproofing construction. The Construction difficult is resolved by technics of using connector plate with ＂王＂ shape instead of ordinary underground continuous wall joint steel, CCCW for pile head, spraying quick curing coating and EPDM waterproofing membrane for floor, cold scraped non-curing coating and EPDM membrane composite system for roof.
