芬顿氧化深度处理印染废水的实验研究 被引量:15

摘要 对苏州工业园某厂印染废水进行芬顿氧化深度处理。采用正交实验,研究反应p H、芬顿反应时间,30%双氧水、硫酸亚铁和壳聚糖絮凝剂三者的投加量对COD去除效果的影响。实验结果表明:废水p H调至3,芬顿反应时间为40 min,硫酸亚铁投加量1250 mg/L、30%双氧水投加量为1.5 g/L、壳聚糖絮凝剂投加量为3 mg/L时,印染废水的COD去除率最优,可达80%以上。 The dyeing wastewater from a factory in Suzhou Industrial Park was studied by Fenton oxidation treatment.The effect of the reaction p H and time, the dosage of ferrous sulphate,hydrogen peroxide and chitosan on Fenton oxidation treatment was researched by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the best removal rate of COD was reached when the reaction p H value was 3 and time was 40 min,the dosage of ferrous sulfate was 1250 mg/L,the dosage of hydrogen peroxide was 1. 5 g/L,the dosage of chitosan flocculent was 3 mg/L,which could reach more than 80%.
