非均相芬顿催化氧化用于深度处理工业园区废水的实验研究

摘要 采用非均相芬顿催化氧化对湖北黄冈某工业园园区废水进行深度处理实验,催化氧化填料来自山东某环保公司自主研发生产的一种非均相芬顿催化剂。经实验得出,催化剂的加入能明显强化COD去除效果;催化剂的最佳反应条件如下:原水调至pH=4、反应时间为2.5 h、30%的H2O2投加量为0.4~0.5 mL/L,即双氧水投加量/COD去除量(质量比)比值在2.664~3.33之间最为合适。催化剂对COD去除效果随着使用次数的增加呈现严重的衰减现象,其质量也有一定程度的减少,如何在保证良好去除效果的基础上尽可能的延长其使用寿命依旧是非均相芬顿催化氧化进一步推广的难点。 The wastewater treatment of an industrial park in Huanggang,Hubei Province was carried out by heterogeneous Fenton catalytic oxidation.The catalytic oxidation filler was derived from a heterogeneous Fenton catalyst independently developed by an environmental protection company in Shandong.The experimental results show that the addition of catalyst can significantly enhance the COD removal effect;the optimal reaction conditions of the catalyst are as follows:the raw water is adjusted to pH=4,the reaction time is 2.5 h,and the 30 % H2O2 dosage is 0.4~0.5 mL/L.That is,the ratio of H2O2 dosage/COD removal(mass ratio) is most suitable between 2.664 and 3.33.The COD removal effect of the catalyst shows a serious attenuation phenomenon with the increase of the number of uses,and its quality is also reduced to some extent.How to extend the service life as much as possible while ensuring good removal effect is still the heterogeneous Fenton catalytic oxidation.The difficulty of promotion.
