摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了二氧化钛固体光催化剂,在自制的光催化反应装置中考察了溶液p H值、催化剂用量、空气通入量等因素对二氧化钛固体光催化剂催化敌百虫废水降解效率的影响,结果表明在溶液p H值为2、催化剂用量为0.5 g/L、空气通入量为0.5 L/min的最佳实验条件下,二氧化钛固体光催化剂处理敌百虫废水的催化降解效率最大可达80%以上,实验结果可为光催化处理有机磷废水提供理论依据。
TiO_2 photocatalysts were prepared by sol-gel method,the p H value,dosage of catalyst,the air volume and other factors on the catalytic effect of TiO_2 photocatalyst on trichlorfon wastewater degradation in a self-made photocatalytic reaction device were studied,the results showed that the p H value was 2,the amount of catalyst was 0. 5 g/L,the air the air volume was 0. 5 L/min,under these best experimental conditions,trichlorphon wastewater solid catalytic degradation rate by TiO_2 photocatalyst treatment can reach over 80%,the experimental results can provide theoretical basis for the treatment of organic phosphorus wastewater by photocatalysis.
