摘要
以钛酸丁酯为原料,采用溶剂热法合成了颗粒纳米二氧化钛,以玉米秸秆、磷酸盐、尿素分别为碳源、磷源和氮源合成了氮磷掺杂碳量子点(N,P-CQDs),然后通过浸渍法合成了N,P-CQDs/TiO_(2)复合材料.通过SEM,TEM,FT-IR,PL等分析方法对催化剂进行了表征.以罗丹明B为目标污染物考察了光催化剂的光催化性能,当罗丹明B质量浓度为15 mg/L,溶液pH值为9,催化剂用量为30 mg时,具有最高的光催化性能.在可见光的照射下,120 min内对罗丹明B的降解率可达89%.
Using butyl titanate as raw material,grain nano titanium dioxide was synthesized by solvothermal method.Nitrogen phosphorus doped carbon quantum dots(N,P-CQDs)were synthesized by using corn stalk,phosphate and urea as carbon source,phosphorus source and nitrogen source respectively.Then N,P-CQDs/TiO_(2) composites were synthesized by impregnation method.The catalyst was characterized by SEM,TEM,FT-IR and PL.Rhodamine B was used as the target pollutant to investigate the photocatalytic performance of the photocatalyst.The highest photocatalytic performance was obtained when the concentration of Rhodamine B was 15 mg/L,the pH of the solution was 9,and the amount of catalyst was 30 mg.Under visible light irradiation,the degradation rate of Rhodamine B can reach 89%within 120 min.
