摘要
目前大多数高职酒店管理专业培养的学生综合素质与酒店职业岗位要求存在一定差距,主要是学校对学生人才培养的针对性不强、课程内容与企业职业岗位要求的对接性不够。高职酒店管理专业开展"课岗融合、工学交替"个性化定制式人才培养,将岗位需求与课程内容融合一致,校内学习和岗位实习交替进行,根据个性特征实行定制式特色培养,是提升学生的综合素养、增强就业竞争力、实现毕业生的优质就业和可持续发展的有效途径。
At present, there is a certain gap between the comprehensive quality of students from most vocational hotel management major and the requirements for hotel professional positions. The main reasons are that insufficient training of talents in higher vocational colleges and course content is not well connected with job requirements. A personalized and tailored talent training of "integration of curriculum content and job requirements and alternative work and learn" is held by hotel management major in higher vocational colleges and it is an effective to improve the comprehensive quality of students, enhance the competitiveness of employment and realize good quality employment and sustainable development of graduates.
