仿生双动全髋置换术治疗CroweⅢ型成人髋关节发育不良 被引量:7

摘要 [目的]探讨仿生双动全髋置换术治疗CroweⅢ型成人髋关节发育不良伴骨性关节炎的临床疗效。[方法]回顾性分析本院2016年3月~2017年1月收治的20例(25髋)CroweⅢ型髋关节发育不良伴骨性关节炎患者的临床资料,根据X线片检查及Harris评分评价临床疗效。[结果]20例(25髋)均得到有效随访,随访时间14~25个月(平均16.3个月)。术后比较术前Harris评分明显提高,X线检查所有患者均未见假体松动、关节脱位。[结论]仿生双动全髋置换术是治疗CroweⅢ型成人髋关节发育不良伴骨性关节炎的理想方法,可提供坚强的稳定性,术后并发症更少。
