摘要
目的探讨普罗布考对2型糖尿病大鼠糖尿病肾病的影响。方法 16只糖尿病大鼠分为模型组(DM组)和普罗布考组(PB组),每组8只。另取9只正常大鼠作为正常对照组(NC组)。选择尿微量白蛋白(UMA)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、肾脏肥大指数、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、丙二醛(MDA)和病理组织学为检测指标,全面评价普罗布考对2型糖尿病大鼠糖尿病肾病的作用。结果 DM组BUN、UMA、肾脏肥大指数、HOMAIR、Scr、TG、TC、LDL-C、MDA均明显高于NC组,SOD、GSH-PX明显低于NC组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。PB组BUN、Scr、UMA、TC、LDL-C、MDA均明显低于DM组,SOD、GSH-PX明显高于DM组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。DM组较PB组肾脏病理结构病变更为严重。结论普罗布考对糖尿病肾病具有明显治疗作用。
Objective To explore the effect of Probucol on diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods Sixteen diabetic rats were divided into DM group and PB group, 8 rats in each group. 9 normal rats were chosen as normal control group (NC group). The UMA, BUN, Scr, HOMA-IR, renal hypertrophy index, TG, TC, LDL-C, SOD, GSH-PX, MDA and Pathologic histology were selected as detected indicators. The effect of Probucol on diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetic rats were evaluated. Results In DM group, BUN, UMA, renal hypertrophy index, HOMA-IR, Scr, TG, TC, LDL-C, MDA were significantly higher than those of the NC group, SOD and GSH-PX were significantly lower than those of the NC group (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01). In PB group, BUN, Scr, UMA, TC, LDL-C, MDA were significantly lower than DM group, SOD and GSH-PX were significantly higher than DM group (P 〈 0.05or P 〈 0.01). The changes of renal pathological structure in PB group was significantly severer than DM group. Conclusion Probucol may play a role in diabetic nephropathy.
