摘要 警察职业生涯规划是结合公安队伍建设及警察的个人发展来制定警察在职业生涯发展中的目标,并安排相应培训、教育、工作和行动计划的过程。目前公安机关缺乏对警察职业生涯规划的引导,警察个体对职业生涯规划的意识还不够高。公安机关要进一步丰富教育培训内容、完善晋升制度、制定科学的警察绩效考核方法,来加强对警察职业生涯规划的引导和管理。警察个体在自我分析和科学评估职业生涯机会的基础上,设定自我职业生涯的目标与路线,并注重职业生涯规划中的心理健康。职业生涯规划对警察个体和整个公安队伍建设都具有重要意义。 The police career planning is based on the construction of the public security team and the personal development of the police to formulate the goals of the police career development and arrange the corresponding training,education,work and action plan process. At present,the public security organs lack the guidance of the police career planning,the police individual awareness of career planning is not high enough. Public security organs to further enrich the content of education and training,improve the promotion system,the development of scientific police performance assessment methods to strengthen the police career planning guidance and management. Police individuals set their own career goals and routes on the basis of self-analysis and scientific assessment of career opportunities,and focus on mental health in career planning. Career planning is of great importance to the individual police and the entire public security team.
