摘要
社区民警是社区警务的中坚力量。新形势下社区民警地位及作用发生了变化,其职业发展在日益复杂的职业环境中面临着"不堪重负"、"难胜其责"、"入不敷出"等困境。应改善社区民警的职业环境,优化职业效能,培育职业能力,以实现社区民警职业又好又快发展。
The community police are the backbone of community policing. In the new situation, the status and role of community police have changed, and their career development is troubled by the dilemmas of “overburdened”, “incompetent,” “low incomes” in an increasingly complex occupational environment. In order to ensure sound and rapid development of the career of community police, it＇ s imperative to improve the occupational environment of community police, optimize the professional efficacy, and foster the professional competence.
