"共和国勋章""七一勋章""八一勋章"以及"友谊勋章",是党、国家、军队的至高荣誉。2017年7月28日,中央军委颁授"八一勋章"和授予荣誉称号仪式在北京八一大楼隆重举行,中央军委主席习近平给获得"八一勋章"的10位英模颁授勋章和证书。"八一勋章"的颁授,从确立组织架构,酝酿方案,由下而上推荐,在全社会公示,综合各方面意见统筹,整个过程极具权威性。勋章获得者的事迹充分反映了我军是不怕牺牲、能打胜仗的威武之师,展现了神圣与尊严。颁授"八一勋章"在军队和全社会引起强烈反响,10位英模的光辉事迹充分展示了国威和军威,提振了13多亿中国人的精气神,这是发挥先进典型作用极为成功的标志性案例。
"Republic Medal","Qiyi Medal","Bayi Medal" and "Friendship Medal" make up the supreme honors for the Party, nation and the army. On July 28th 2017, the Central Military Commission ceremoniously observed the awarding ceremony of "Bayi Medal" and honorary titles in Beijing Bayi Mansion. Xi Jin-ping, the chair of CMC,awarded ten heroes and models "Bayi Medal" and certificates. The honor of "Bayi medal" is of absolute authority in terms of organizational structures,planning, recommendation from bottom to top, the publicity to the whole society, and incorporating viewpoints from different sides. The deeds and stories of medal achievers abundantly reflect that our army, embodying sacredness and dignity, is a mighty and civilized force which is not afraid of sacrifice and could win battles. The award of "Bayi Medal" has led a strong response from both army and the whole society. The glorious deeds of ten heroes and models abundantly exhibited national and military authority, elevating the spirit of 1.3 million Chinese people, and acting as a successful and symbolic case for giving full play to the pioneering of models.
