摘要
通过化学成分检测,硬度试验,宏观及微观形貌分析,金相检测,扫描电镜分析等手段对不锈钢三通上出现裂纹的原因进行了分析,结果表明产品没有进行固溶处理或固溶处理不完全及焊接缺陷是导致开裂的主要原因,同时,材质中含有氧化物夹杂及大量孔洞、裂纹降低了材料的力学性能。
Cracking reasons of stainless steel tee were analyzed through the chemical compositions testing,hardness testing,macroscopic and microscopic analysis,metallographic detection,scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the reasons of cracking were lacking of solid solution treatment and welding defect,additionally the existing of oxide inclusion and tiny poles,welding cracking also affected the mechanical properties of material.
