摘要
以大连市某城镇污水处理工程为实例,介绍BF生物填料处理小城镇综合生活污水工艺的设计参数、处理效果、工程投资和运行成本。该项工程处理水量为2 000 t/日,进水BOD5、CODcr、SS、NH_3-N、TN和TP分别为450、250、300、25、50和8 mg/L。运行结果表明,对BOD5、CODcr、SS、NH_3-N、TN和TP的去除率分别为96%、88.9%、96.7%、85.7%、70%和93.75%,具有良好的脱氮除磷效果,出水水质稳定达标。该工艺处理效果优良,具有处理成低廉、运行管理方便等突出优点。
Taking the sewage treatment project of a town in Dalian as an example,treatment effect,project investment and operation costs of treating the comprehensive sewage of the town by biofringe filler were introduced.The wastewater treatment capacity of the project was 2 000 t/d,and influent BOD5,COD,SS,NH-)3-N,TN and TP were 450,250,300,25,50 and 8 mg/L,respectively.The running results showed that the removal rates of BOD5,COD,SS,NH-)3-N,TN and TP were up to 96%,88.9%,96.7%,85.7%,70% and 93.75%,denitrification and phosphorus removal effect was good.The effluent met requirements in GB18918-2002 discharge standard of urban sewage.This process has the advantages of low operating cost,good treatment effect and simple operation management.
