水平井筛管破损检测技术在渤海油田的研究应用

摘要 水平井裸眼完井是渤海油田主要的完井方式之一,但随着开发生产时间的推进,防砂管柱中筛管破损现场也逐一凸显,且筛管破损后对防砂管柱的处理难度大。文章从筛管损坏研究、筛管破损监测、关键技术把控到作业实践等环节进行综合分析,探讨了适用于渤海油田筛管破损监测的技术及成功的应用案例,对于今后水平井出砂的综合治理有一定的借鉴意义。 Horizontal well open-hole completion is one of main completion methods in Bohai oilfield,but with time advancement of development and production,the sand control string sieve tube breakage in the scene appeared one by one,and it is very difficult to deal with the sand control string after the screen damage.In this paper,through comprehensive analysis of the screen damage research,the sand control pipe breakage monitoring and the key technology to control the operating practice,the screen damage monitoring technology and successful application cases in Bohai oilfield were discussed.The paper has a certain reference meaning for comprehensive control of sanding in the horizontal well in the future.
