摘要
目的:探究超声引导介入治疗卵巢囊肿临床效果及安全性。方法:选取我院2014年9月~2016年10月卵巢囊肿患者93例,随机数字表法分组,对照组46例予以开腹卵巢囊肿切除术治疗,研究组47例予以超声引导介入治疗,统计比较2组临床效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:经秩和检验,研究组临床效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率14.89%(7/47)与对照组17.39%(8/46)对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:予以超声引导介入治疗卵巢囊肿临床效果显著,且安全性较高,值得于临床大力推广使用。
Objective： To explore the clinical effect and safety of ultrasound - guided interventional therapy for ovari- an cysts. Methods： 93 patients with ovarian cysts, from September 2014 to October 2016 in The 152th Central Hospital of PLA, were randomly divided into the control group （ n = 46 ） and the study group （ n -- 47 ）. The control group was treated with open ovarian cyst resection, and the study group with ultrasound - guided interventional therapy. Clinical effects and adverse events were statistically compared between the two groups. Results： Rank sum test and clinical efficacy in the study group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; There was no signifi- cant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group （ 14. 89% , 7/47 ） and the control group （ 17.39%, 8/46） （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Ultrasound - guided intervcntional treatment of ovarian cysts shows a significant effect, with a high safety, which is worthy of vigorously clinical promotion.
