摘要
人的发展是人的本质和尊严,发展权的终极追求是人的自由全面发展。在当代国际人权理论体系中各项人权存在着"核心—支持"的结构关系,将发展权作为人权话语体系的核心,是对以个人自由权利为核心的西方主流人权话语体系的超越。(1)文章认为,劳动力发展权是从马克思劳动力产权思想发展而来的一项可交易的经济权利,(2)与人权理论中的核心发展权相对称,在经济学中把劳动力发展权作为产权理论核心,体现了中国特色社会主义政治经济学中以人民为中心的发展思想,它是社会主义市场经济生产交换领域克服"劳动异化"的经济学工具。
Human development is the essence and dignity of human beings.The ultimate pursuit of the right to development is the all-round development of man＇s freedom.In the contemporary international human rights theory system,there exists a ＂core-support＂ structure relationship among human rights.The right to development,as the core of the human rights discourse system,is the transcendence of the western mainstream human rights discourse system,which regards individual freedom as the core.The labor force development right in this article is a tradable economic right developed from the thought of Marx＇s labor property right,which is symmetrical with the core development right in human rights theory.In the economics,the development right of labor force is the core of the property right theory,which embodies the people-centered development thought in the socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics.The labor force development right is an economic tool for overcoming the ＂labor alienation＂ in the production exchange field of socialist market economy.
