摘要
以应用型人才培养为目标,以工业企业需求为导向,以提高学生技术素质、工程应用能力为主要目的,提出机械制造工艺夹具工装课程设计新思路。其要点在于:以项目模块式安排实践教学内容,分立子模块进行学习与应用,结合企业生产实际,评价子模块实践实施效果;以学生自主设计项目为原则,融合课堂教学、选题与指导、学生实践、答辩交流等环节,提高学生运用工艺理论解决工程问题的能力。
The paper introduces a new design method in the Mechanical Manufacturing Technology and Fixture Design course whose main features are project-module-based practical teaching content and sub-modules for learning and application which shall be evaluated in accordance with the actual production of the enterprises aiming at boosting students ' technical quality and engineering application competence. The projects shall be designed by students themselves and integration be done between classroom teaching, topic selection and tutoring, students ' practice and paper exchange, etc. So as to improve students' ability to apply the applied technological theories to solve engineering problems with the goal of applied talent cultivation and the guidance of industrial enterprise demand.
