摘要
教育政策具有重要话语结构意义和价值导向作用。对"双一流"建设的教育政策文本进行全维分析,能够揭示文本话语特征及其价值追求。对山东、安徽、广东和江苏四省的"双一流"建设的系列政策文本进行综合研究发现,"双一流"建设具有战略遵从和市场化的鲜明价值取向,进而形成了改革推进、进位赶超、自主化和差异化的实践策略。同时,在"双一流"政策推进中要谨防窄化建设内涵、过度管理主义和漠视中国特色三种倾向。
Education policy is of the important significance of discourse structure and value-orientation. Through the comprehensive analysis of education policy of "double first-class" construction, this research reveals discourse structure feature and the value-pursuit of the education policy. By synthesizing construction text of "double first-class" construction of the for provinces of Shandong, Anhui, Guangdong and Jiangsu, we can draw the conclusion that "double first-class" construction has drastic value-orientation of strategic compliance and marketization, which can form common practical strategies of reform promotion, catching-up updating, autonomation and differentiation. Besides, we should pay attention to three orientations, including narrowed connotation construction, excessive managerialism and the disregard for the Chinese characteristics during "double first-class"construction.
