摘要
为了提高汽车安全行驶及驱动控制器方面的性能,本文对汽车机械式变速器进行可靠性优化设计,确定齿轮可靠性约束、变速器最大传动比约束、中心距A的约束、重迭系数约束、边界(模数、齿数、齿宽、螺旋角)约束条件,通过可靠性优化设计,使机械式变速器的设计更加合理,性能更加稳定。
In order to improve the performance of vehicle safety driving and driving controller, this paper carries out the reliability optimization design of the vehicle mechanical transmission to determine the gear reliability constraints, transmission maximum transmission ratio constraints, the center distanee A constraints, overlap coefficient constraints, Boundary ( modulus, number of teeth, tooth width, helix angle) constraints, through the reliability of optimal design, mechanical transmission design more reasonable, more stable performance.
