摘要 目的探讨混合式案例教学在《药理学》课程中的应用及效果。方法选取2016年参加《药理学》课程学习的武汉大学临床医学专业的长学制本科生(七年及八年制)进行混合式案例教学,并利用问卷调查评价教学效果。结果与传统教学相比,混合式案例教学法接受程度更高,对提高学生自主学习能力、分析能力及判断能力均有帮助;多数学生认为混合式案例教学中教师是案例的引入者,能导入话题,引导学生得出结论;教师与学生是平等关系,可以相互交流观点。结论混合式案例教学法值得进一步推广,此种教学模式中的师生角色定位可进一步优化。 Objective To explore the effect of blended case teaching method in pharmacology. Methods The undergraduate students of grade 2016 of clinical medicine in Wuhan University who have attended pharmacology class were selected. Teaching effect was evaluated through questionnaire. Results Com- pared with traditional teaching method, blended case teaching method is more popular with students. It improves the students~ autonomous learning, analysis and decision ability. Most of the students think the teachers are the introducer of the case, who can import the topic and guide students to draw a conclusion. In addition, teachers and students could be equally exchange their views. Conclusion Blended case teaching method is worthy of further promotion, the role of teachers and students in this teaching method can be optimized.
