摘要
基于利益相关者理论视角,从四川省各个师范院校和非师范院校中随机抽取1000名学生进行问卷调查,发现在教师资格国考改革背景下高校师范生培养出现了许多困境,并提出了相应的对策:加强对教师资格国考应试培训的重视;培养内容要以教师资格国考为导向;构建教师资格应试培训机制。
This study is based on stakeholder theory. A random sample of 1000 students from various normal universities and non-normal universities in Sichuan province has been surveyed and findings show that there are many difficulties in the cultivation of normal university students in the context of teacher qualification examination reform. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward as follows: 1) More efforts should be put on the training of teacher qualification exam; 2) The training content should be guided by the teacher qualification exam; 4) Training mechanism should be constructed on teacher qualification examination.
