According to ＂reading cycle＂ theory,teenager reading promotion consists of three elements：reading selection,reading behavior and reading feedback.Under the perspective of ＂reading cycle＂ theory,in order to realize the innovative development of teenager reading promotion in public library,the principles of differentiating,interacting and integrating should be emphasized.
