摘要
对凸轮轴无磨料低温抛光这种新的工艺方法进行了系统的研究,包括抛光实验台、冰轮的制备与修整、不同条件下凸轮轴表面的抛光实验、抛光后凸轮轴的清洗、表面粗糙度的测量等。结果表明,低温无磨料抛光能够有效地降低工件表面粗糙度。
This paper systematically researches a new method for cryogenic polishing on camshaft without abrasive,which includes polishing laboratory furniture,ice wheel making and modifying,polishing experiment on camshaft surface in different conditions,rinsing and measurement of the polished surface. Results show that the process of cryogenic polishing on camshaft without abrasive can effectively reduce the surface roughness of workpieces.
