摘要
创新是实现制造业由大变强的主引擎。《中国制造2025》提出制造业创新中心建设工程,加快建设和完善制造业创新体系。"弹射中心"是英国建立的一批世界级技术创新中心,是英国完善国家创新体系的重要举措。本文系统研究了英国已建成11个弹射中心的基本情况、运行机制、技术方向等方面内容,为我国建设制造业创新中心、完善制造业创新体系提供经验借鉴。
Innovation is the main engine to make large manufacturing sector stronger. ＂Made in China 2025＂ proposes the construction of manufacturing industry innovation center projects, and acceleration in the construction and improvement of manufacturing industry innovation system. The ＂Catapult Centers＂ are the world-leading technology innovation centers built in the UK, which indicates an important step made by the UK to improve its national innovation system. This paper is designed to systematically study the basic features, operational mechanism, technical directions, etc. of the 11 catapult centers having been built in the UK, and provide references and experience for the construction of manufacturing industry innovation centers and the improvement of manufacturing industry innovation system in China.
