摘要
开展精准帮扶是高校资助育人的出发点和落脚点,其中,就业扶助是核心内容之一。文章分析了独立学院在贫困生就业扶助理念、扶助手段、扶助效果等方面所面临的现实困境,并以社会支持理论为视角,从激发贫困生主动求职的内生动力、建立全面高效的就业服务体系、尊重和保护贫困生的尊严、物质帮助与能力提升并重、提供专业化的就业指导与服务等方面提出应对策略。
It is the starting point and goal to provide funds to educated people with precise help for colleges and universities, among these means is employment assistance. The article analyzes the current difficulties of independent colleges in aspects of employment as- sistance concept, means of support and aid effect for economically disadvantaged students. It expounds strategies from aspects, such as the endogenous motivation to motivate these students to seek for a job ; establishment of a comprehensive and efficient employment serv- ice system; respect and protection of the students＇ dignity; equal attention to material help and ability improvement; and provision of professional employment guidance and service from the perspective of social support theory,
