剖宫产后再次妊娠阴道试产的影响因素研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 自2015年10月,我国二孩政策全面开放,越来越多的有剖宫产史的妇女面临再次生育问题。一次剖宫产,次次剖宫产,这种分娩方式称为择期再次剖宫产（ERCD）,是目前对有剖宫产史孕妇终止妊娠的主要方式。有剖宫产史的孕妇可以根据个人条件和意愿,在安全模式下开展剖宫产后阴道试产（TOLAC）,是降低剖宫产率的一项主要措施[1]。TOLAC成功称为剖宫产术后再次妊娠阴道分娩（VBAC）,
