摘要
目的:探讨术中护理干预对侧卧位长时间手术患者急性压疮形成的影响。方法:收治行侧卧位手术患者60例。30例患者术中给予常规护理作为对照组,30例患者术中给予积极有效护理干预作为观察组。结果:观察组在压疮发生率、压疮平均面积、患者满意度及不良反应发生方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:行侧卧位长时间手术的患者,术中实施积极有效的护理干预措施可减少急性压疮的形成,提高患者满意度及手术安全性。
Objective：To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the formation of acute pressure ulcers in patients with lateral position in a long time operation.Methods：60 patients undergoing lateral decubitus operation.30 patients received routine nursing as the control group.The other 30 patients received positive and effective nursing intervention as the observation group.Results：The incidence of pressure sore,the average area of pressure sore,patient satisfaction and adverse reaction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Active and effective nursing interventions can reduce the incidence of acute pressure ulcers,improve patient satisfaction and surgical safety.
