摘要
将导电海绵应用到电磁屏蔽服装中,减少电磁波对人类的伤害。采用法兰同轴测试方法,从组合导电海绵的确定、用于服装制作的导电海绵与织物的组合层数确定及适合导电海绵的服装缝型选择这三个方面进行实验探究。其测试结果表明:组合导电海绵的最佳组合为镀铜镍平纹织物与导电海绵;导电海绵应用于电磁屏蔽服装的3层织物为镀银菱形格织物/镀铜镍菱形格织物/不锈钢纤维混纺织物单层+组合导电海绵;导电海绵运用于电磁屏蔽服装的缝型选择光滚边+正面压条(组合导电海绵)。为高屏蔽效能电磁屏蔽服装的开发提供参考。
The conductive sponge is applied to electromagnetic shielding clothing to reduce the harm of electromagnetic wave to human beings.The method of flange coaxial test was used for experimental research from the three aspects:determination of combined conductive sponge,determination of combined layer number of conductive sponge used for garment manufacture with fabrics and selection of garment seam type suitable for conductive sponge.The test results show that the best combination of combined conductive sponge is copper and nickel plated plain woven fabric and conductive sponge.The three-layer fabrics of conductive sponge applied in electromagnetic shielding clothing is silver plated diamondshaped lattice fabric copper and nickel plated diamond-shaped lattice fabric/stainless steel fiber blended fabric + combined conductive sponge.The seam type of conductive sponge applied in electromagnetic shielding clothing is selected as follows:bound seam + taped seam on the right side(combined conductive sponge).This paper provides reference for the development of electromagnetic shielding clothing with high shielding effectiveness.
