摘要
特色小镇是实施乡村振兴战略的重要载体。在分析特色小镇建设已有经验与模式基础上,从产业融合视角探讨苏北特色小镇建设与可持续发展路径。苏北特色小镇建设应以特色产业为主导,促进多业态融合发展,塑造特色小镇产业品牌、提高供给产品质量;促进特色小镇产业与乡村社会文化有机融合,使特色小镇成为乡村社会治理的有效载体;建立实现特色小镇产业融合政策保障体系。
Townships of special features are an important means of implementing rural revitalization strategies.Based on the experiences and patterns of construction of some such townships,this paper studies,in the perspective of industrial convergence,the path of a sustainable development for townships of this kind in North Jiangsu. The construction of these townships should focus on their endemic industries. They should promote the integral development of multi-industry,set up famous brand and improve the quality of products. Meanwhile,they should promote the organic integration between endemic industries and rural culture,which will make them effective means of rural governance. Finally,it is necessary for them to construct safeguarding systems for the implementation of the industrial convergence.
