摘要
介绍了基于概率密度函数的铸铁石墨颗粒空间分布均匀性的分析方法:以微焦点CT扫描所获取的数据为基础,结合概率密度函数的非参数估计,提出了以K=∫R[P(x)-1/V]2dx为表征量的石墨颗粒三维空间分布均匀性的定量评价方法。通过对不同厚度下所获取的石墨颗粒三维空间分布均匀性程度进行分析研究,得出以下结论:(1)该方法能够有效地定量描述石墨颗粒的空间分布均匀性,且随着厚度的增加,石墨颗粒分布越不均匀;(2)该方法可以为球墨铸铁中石墨球聚集生长及石墨球不均匀性对性能的影响提供一定的理论依据。
The probability density function-based graphite grain spatial distribution uniformity analyzing method was introduced:taking the data obtained by using micro-focus CT scanning as the basis,combining with the non-parametric estimation of probability density function,the quantitative evaluation method of graphite grain 3D spatial distribution uniformity with K=∫R[P(x)-1/V]2 dx as the representative quantity was proposed. By analysis of and investigating on 3D spatial distribution uniformity degrees obtained under different casting thicknesses,the followings were concluded:(1)This method could effectively describe quantitatively the graphite grain spatial distribution uniformity,and with the thickness increasing,the graphite grain distribution became the more un-uniform.(2)This method could offer some theoretical basis for the influence of graphite nodules accumulating growth and un-uniformity of graphite nodules in the nodular iron.
