摘要 提出了共晶碳化物金相图是具有不规则性与自相似性的图形,是一种分形。分析了共晶碳化物的聚散程度与分形维数的关系。分形维数与共晶碳化物的聚散程度有关,分形维数愈小,共晶碳化物分布愈均匀。通过试验,测量了Cr12钢共晶碳化物标准图谱的分形维数。结果表明,在共晶碳化物评级标准图谱1~8级的范围内,对于各个共晶碳化物的级别,分维数值有明显的区分度。随着共晶碳化物级别的增大,其分形维数逐渐增大。因而碳化物聚散程度可以用分形维数来定量描述。 The metallographic microscope of eutectic carbides is fractal which is irregularity and self-similarity was proposed and the relationship between the degree of accumulation of eutectic carbides and fractal dimension was analyzed. The smaller value of fractal dimension is, the more evenness distribution of eutectic carbides. The fractal dimension of eutectic carbides of Crl2 steel in standard metallography were measured. The results show that there is an obvious differ- entiator among the degree of eutectic carbides ranging of degree 1 to 8 in the standard metallography. With increasing the degree of eutectic carbides, its fractal dimension is increasing. Therefore, unevenness of eutectic carbides can be described quantitatively by fractal dimension.
