摘要
通过合理控制化学成分,调整浇注工艺,适当降低锻造加热温度,控制锻造速度及压下量,采用轻-重-轻的锻打方式,使Cr12MoV锻件表面质量得到改善,共晶碳化物不均匀度满足技术要求。
By means of controlling chemical compositions, adjusting pouring process, appropriately decreasing forg- ing temperature,controlling forging rates anti forging reduction and adopting light-weight-light forging method, Cr12MoV forging surface quality has been improved and non-uniformity of eutectic carbide can be mel the technical requirements.
