摘要
目的探究天津市居民对基层首诊制的利用和认知情况,并对其影响因素进行分析。方法采用简单随机抽样的方法进行问卷调查,利用SPSS 17.0对居民基层首诊的相关因素进行统计描述,并对影响社区首诊意愿的因素进行非条件下二分类Logistic多元回归分析。结果当前天津市居民能实现基层首诊的比例为59.2%;居民对基层首诊制不够了解,能达到较了解程度的只占到24.0%,但还是有超过七成的居民期盼基层首诊制的落实与完善。结论可通过提升基层医疗机构医技水平及完善基层药品种类来强化基层医疗服务的供给能力,此外,还应加强宣传教育来转变居民的就诊观念,引导与规范其就诊行为。
Objective To investigate the awareness and utilization of the “First Treatment in Community” system among residents in Tianjin and analyze their infuencing factors. Methods A simple random sampling method was used for this questionnaire-based survey. Factors related to the system were statistically described using the SPSS 17.0 software. Non-conditional binary Logistic multivariate regression analysis was performed to analyze the factors that might affect the “First Treatment in Community” system. Results At present, 59.2% of Tianjin residents received their first treatment in community hospitals. Although only 24.0% of the respondents were aware of the “First Treatment in Community” system, over 70% of the residents looked forward to the implementation and improvement of this system. Conclusion The medical service of community hospitals can be strengthened by upgrading the abilities and skills of medical staff and improving the supply of drugs of different types. In addition, education and publicity should be carried out to change the residents＇ concept on seeking medical care, guide and standardize their medical-care-seeking behavior.
