摘要
目的:研究探讨痔血合剂治疗急性痔疮出血的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的60例急性痔疮出血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,分别口服痔血合剂和地奥司明片,疗程1周。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后便血、疼痛、脱垂、痔黏膜状态的评分变化。结果:痔血合剂组在缓解便血、疼痛、脱垂及改善黏膜状态等方面效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),临床总有效率显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05),且无不良反应。结论:痔血合剂治疗急性痔疮出血具有较好的临床疗效,值得临床上进一步应用与推广。
Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of hemorrhoid and blood mixture in the treatment of hemorrhoids in acute hemorrhoids. Methods： 60 patients with acute hemorrhoids hemorrhage were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Oral Mixture Zhixue pill and oseltamivir tablets was used in two group respectively for 1 week. The curative effect of the two groups were observed and the change of the score of hem- orrhoid mucosa before and after the treatment in hematochezia, pain, prolapse and hemorrhoid. Results： Mixture Zhixue pill was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05） in relieving hematochezia, pain, prolapse and mucosal sta- tus, and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, and there was no adverse reactions. Conclusion： Mixture Zhixue pill has a good clinical curative effect in the treatment of acute hemorrhoids hemorrhage. It is worth further clinical application and promotion.
