摘要
目的观察鼠神经生长因子联合甲钴胺治疗多发性骨髓瘤化疗引起周围神经损害的临床疗效。方法将54例多发性骨髓瘤化疗后出现周围神经损害患者随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组口服甲钴胺0.5g,3次/d,试验组在对照组基础上肌内注射鼠神经生长因子30μg,1/日。14d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。每组治疗前后进行肌电图检测,统计治疗的有效率,并与病程和临床表现进行相关性分析。结果:治疗后试验组较对照组临床表现及肌电图检测相比有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子联合甲钴胺治疗多发性骨髓瘤化疗后周围神经损害的临床疗效确切,能够显著改善患者的感觉和运动功能,缓解患者疼痛麻木等症状,值得临床推广。
Objective：To observe the effects of mouse nerve growth factor combined with Methyleobalamin in the treatment of perpheral neuropathy after chemotherapy of multiple myeloma. Methods ： A total of 54 cases of peripheral neuropathy after chemotherapy of multiple myeloma in our hospital were selected and divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was treated with Methylcobalamin 0.5 3/day, The experimental group was also given mouse nerve growth factor 30 μg 1/day.14d for a period of treatment. After 4weeks curative effect before and af- ter proceeded Electromyography tests, the statistical treatment of effectiveness, and correlation analysis with clinical manifestation. Result：After treatments, the experimental group than the control group compared with the clinical and eleetromyography tests detection improved significantly, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conch,- sion ： Mouse nerve growth factor （ NGF ） combined with Methylcobalamin in the treatment of perpheral neuropathy after chemotherapy of multiple myeloma have definite clinical curative effect, and can significantly improve the sensory and motor function of patients, alleviate patients pain symptoms such as numbness, worth clinical promotion.
