摘要
目的观察不同浓度的加味双柏散外敷对缓解骨科术后疼痛患者的作用。方法通过随机对照的方法,将100例符合纳入标准的患者分为对照组和试验组,每组各50例,对照组为低浓度组,试验组为高浓度组,记录2组患者敷药前后疼痛缓解程度、记录敷药后0.5 h、1 h、1.5 h、2 h VAS评分下降幅度,并进行统计学分析。结果试验组缓解疼痛的有效率为90%,对照组有效率为82%,试验组缓解疼痛能更快起效,敷药后0.5 h、1 h、1.5 h、2 h VAS评分更低,均P<0.05,过程中没有发生不良反应。结论高浓度的加味双柏散外敷疼痛部位能更快更好地缓解骨科术后疼痛,达到止痛的目的。
Objective To observe the effect of different concentrations modified Shuangbai powder on relieving pain after orthopedic surgery.Methods By randomized and controlled method,100 patients included in the standard can be divided into control group and experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was low concentration group,and experimental group was high concentration group.The degree of pain relief medication of two groups of patients before and after was recorded.After application of the medicine for 0.5 hour,1 hour,1.5 hours and 2 hours,VAS score decline was recorded,and statistical analysis was carried out.Results The effective rate of pain relief in the experimental group was 90 %,and the effective rate in the control group was 82%.The experimental group can relieve pain faster work.After 0.5 hour,1 hour,1.5 hours and 2 hours,the VAS score was lower,and there had no adverse reactions in the process.Conclusion The high concentration of the applied pain site can relieve the pain of orthopedic surgery faster and better,and achieved the purpose of pain relief.
