摘要
目的观察清热解毒法代表方剂黄连解毒汤对颈动脉粥样硬化内-中膜厚度的影响。方法 120例颈动脉粥样硬化患者随机分为治疗组、黄连解毒汤治疗组、联合治疗组,治疗组接受常规治疗,黄连解毒汤组接受黄连解毒汤治疗,联合治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用黄连解毒汤治疗;治疗前后观察患者颈动脉粥样硬化内-中膜厚度。结果治疗4周后,各组内-中膜厚度较治疗前无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗8周后各组内-中膜厚度较治疗前有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论黄连解毒汤能通过清除体内热毒降低颈动脉粥样硬化患者内-中膜厚度。
Objective To investigate the effect of Huanglian Jiedu decoction in intima-media thickness of patients with carotid atherosclerosis.Methods Totally 120 patients with carotid atherosclerosis were divided into three groups.The group one was treated with synthetical medicine,the group two was treated with Huanglian Jiedu decoction,and the group three was treated with synthetical medicine and Huanglian Jiedu decoction.Eight weeks was a course of treatment.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in IMT between each group（ P〈0.05）.After 8 weeks of treatment,there was a significant difference in IMT between each group（ P〈0.05）.Conlusion Huanglian Jiedu decoction can reduce intima-media thickness in patients with carotid atherosclerosis by clearing heat and removing toxin method.
