摘要
为评估公司在用粉末压片-XRF法测定烧结矿中TFe、CaO、SiO_2含量的可靠性,本文分析了该方法的不确定度来源,评定了测量重复性、工作曲线、标准物质定值和内控样品校正的不确定度分量并加以合成。从评定结果来看,该方法测量结果不确定度的主要分量来源于工作曲线的变动性和测量重复性。
In order to evaluate the reliability of powder tabletting-XRF method in determination of TFe, CaO and SiO2 in sinter ore, the uncertainty source of the method was analyzed, the component of uncertainties of measurement repeatability, operational curve,standard sample evaluation and inner-controlled sample calibration were evaluated separately, and expanded uncertainty was obtained. Results showed that variation of operational curve and measurement repeatability were the main uncertainties of the method.
