摘要
为满足深水、高温高压等恶劣环境下的智能录井需求,引进了法国地质服务公司研发的最新一代智能化综合录井系统,并开展了该系统在优化钻井工程中的应用研究。该系统与常规综合录井工程监测相比,除现场监测软件外,还配备了基地供专家决策的Thema智能分析软件。现场监测软件增加了气测值同步校正、钻井液体积实时补偿以及钻井液回流监测等功能,提高了恶劣环境下现场快速判断井下复杂的能力;Thema智能分析软件可以根据各项参数智能分析钻井工程情况,如通过钻具振动、钻井效率、井眼清洁情况、同步事件等进行智能分析,实时分析钻头磨损、钻具磨损、井眼清洁、压力平衡等情况,并提出合理化建议。中法渤海地质服务有限公司应用该系统服务于南海、渤海、东海的各类重点井(深水井、高温高压井、科探井等),共计完成200余口井的录井作业,现场多次预报井涌、井漏等事故,Thema智能软件多次为甲方提供决策性意见,优化了钻井工程,多次避免恶性事故的发生,节约了钻井时间,提高了作业效率。
In order to meet the needs of intelligent logging in harsh environme nt such as deep water,high temperature and high pressure,the la test generation of intelligent comprehensive logging system d eveloped by Frence Geoservices Co. has been introduced an d the application research of the system in optimizing drilling engineering was carried out. Compared with the conventional comprehensive logging engineering monitoring,the system is equipped with Thema intelligent analysis software for expert decision-making at the base in addition to the field monitoring software. The field monitoring software added the synchronous correction of gas logging value,the volume compensation of drilling fluid and the monitoring of drilling fluid backflow,which have improved the ability to quickly judge the downhole complexity under the hostile field environment. Thema intelligent analysis software can intelligently analyze drilling engineering conditions based on various parameters. The intelligent analysis is carried out through the vibration of drilling tools,drilling efficiency,hole clearning,synchronization events.it makes the realtime analysis of bit wear,drilling tool wear,hole cleaning,pressure balance,etc. and then puts forward rational proposals. China-Frence Bohai Geoservices Co.,Ltd. has used the system to serve all kinds of key wells( deep water well,high temperature high pressure well,scientific exploration well,etc.) in the South China Sea,Bohai Sea and the East China Sea. Mud logging operations for a total of more than 200 wells have been completed and the system has forecast well kick and lost circulation and other accidents for many times. Thema intelligent software also provided decision-making suggestions to first Party on various occasions. Drilling engineering was optimized. The occurrence of vicious accident was avoided. The drilling time is saved and the operating efficiency is improved.
