预测函数控制在流态化床配气系统上的应用

摘要 流态化床是一种生产超细碳化钨钴复合粉末的专用冶炼炉。配气系统是流态化技术生产中的一个重要环节,配气过程的波动,不但对流态化气体流量造成波动,而且对WC颗粒晶度变化起着重要的作用。本文根据流态化床配气系统气体浓度控制的需求,分析了流态化床工艺和配气系统的工作特性,研究了目前气体浓度配比控制的几种控制策略应用现状,提出了针对流态化床配气系统气体浓度控制的一种预测函数控制策略。理论研究主要从预测函数控制的基本原理出发,对预测函数控制进行算法推导和参数分析。在应用上,引入预测函数控制算法进行浓度控制,有针对性地进行了数学模型设计和仿真研究,并实际应用在流态化床配气系统的浓度控制之中。通过仿真研究和实际应用效果表明,相对常规PID控制方式,在流态化床配气系统上实施预测函数控制是有效可行的,证明了基于预测函数控制的先进控制系统具有较强的适应性和鲁棒性,同时具有较高的控制精度。该系统的现场应用取得了很好的效果,同时对同类系统具有很好的推广应用价值。 Fluidized bed is a kind of smelting furnace for the synthesis of ultrafine grained tungsten carbide and cobalt composite powder. The gas distribution system is one of important links in the fluidization technology. The fluctuation of the gas distribution process not only causes the fluctuation of the fluidization gas flow, but also plays an important role in the change of the WC particle size. Based on the requirements of the gas concentration control of the gas distribution system, the characteristics of the fluidized bed process and the gas distribution system were analyzed, and several kinds of current control strategy applied for the gas concentration system were investigated. The predictive function control principle for the gas concentration in the gas distribution system was proposed. According to the basic principle of predictive function control,the algorithm was deduced and the parameters were analyzed in theory. The predictive function control algorithm was applied on controlling the gas concentration in the fluidized bed. The design and simulation of the mathematical models were investigated and applied. The results show that, compared with conventional PID control method for the gas distribution system in the fluidized bed, the implementation of the predictive function control is feasible and effective, the advanced control system based on predictive functional control is proved to be strong adaptability and robustness, and it has high control accuracy. The application of the system has achieved good results, at the same time the system has good practical value for similar systems.
