基于标准气体的多参量SF_6检测仪器校验技术研究

摘要 为解决目前SF_6检测仪器校验所需标准物质多、工作量大且效率低的问题,研究一种基于标准气体的多参量SF_6检测仪器校验技术。同时考虑提高校验装置集成自动化水平,设计开发了一套一体化智能校验平台,以计算机控制为核心,控制多组分动态配气装置配制校验用标准气体,对SF_6气体分解产物分析仪、纯度仪、检漏仪进行校验;控制湿度发生装置配制一定湿度的恒湿气体,对SF_6气体微水仪进行校验;控制空气质量监测系统实时监测实验室环境,一旦有气体泄漏及时声光报警并启动风机,保障试验环境安全。开发的校验平台能够开展多参量SF_6气体检测仪器校验工作,检验效率高,可保证被校验仪器的测量准确性和可靠性。 In order to overcome the problems of excessive consumption of standard materials, high workload and low efficiency associated with the calibration of SF6 detection instrument, a multi-parameter based calibration technology for SF6 leakage detection instrument using standard gas has been studied. Meanwhile an integrated and intelligent calibration platform is designed to improve the level of automation. The SF6 decomposed gas analyser, purity meter and leak detector are calibrated by the platform where the standard gas required by the calibration is composed through a multi-gas dynamic supplier controlled by computer. The humidity generator is controlled to prepare the constant humidity gas which is used to calibrate the micro-water detector in SF6 gas. An air quality monitoring system is used to monitor the real environment and if any leakage is detected, acoustic and optic alarms will be raised and air circulation fan is switched on to ensure a safe environment. The developed platform can be used to carry out multi-parameter calibration of SF6 gas detection instrument with high detection efficiency, which ensures the measurement accuracy and reliability of the calibration instrument.
