摘要
当前SF_6欧式环网柜在国内10kV配电网中得到广泛应用,但是在与三芯电缆连接时常常因为电缆芯线截取过长导致弯曲应力过大,对套管造成破坏。文中基于Ansys有限元分析软件对不同长度和不同型号的电缆芯线对套管产生的作用力进行了仿真分析,并通过试验验证了仿真结果。结果表明,芯线截取过长时套管受力会随着其高度的增加而明显降低。通过试验确定套管允许作用力为500 N后,建议环网柜套管高度不应低于800 mm。
SF6 European ring network cabinet is widely used in the domestic 10 kV distribution network nowadays, but when it is connected with the three-core cable, the casing is always damaged by the bending cable core wire, because the large stress is produced for bending of the overlong cable core wire. In this paper, the force to the casing generated by the different lengths and different types of cable core wire is simulated and analyzed based on Ansys finite element analysis software, and the simulation results is verified through the experimental. The results show that when the core wire is cut too long the force to casing decreased significantly with its height increased. After the test to determine the allowable loads(500 N) for the casing, ring network cabinet casing height should not be less than 800 mm.
