摘要
介绍了ANSYS参数化设计语言APDL以及ANSYS的优化设计过程,结合APDL编程技术和ANSYS的优化设计模块对一个压力容器的结构进行了优化设计,得到满意的结果,这表明基于有限元分析的ANSYS程序优化技术是进行压力容器的结构设计、提高设计精度和效率的有效手段.
In this paper, the ANSYS parametric design language (APDL) and the optimization design process with ANSYS software are introduced. A pressure vessel is optimized for the structure design with Combining APDL programming and ANSYS optimization design module and the ANSYS optimum result is satisfactory, which shows that the ANSYS optimization design programming based on FEA is effective and feasible in pressure vessel structure design and the improvement of design precision and design efficiency.
