摘要
配用电网检修运维的智能化是实现电网高效管理的重要技术手段。为了实现配用电网检修运维的高效性和准确性,提出了一种智能配用电网检修运维架构,将高级量测体系和智能电表设备及其数据资产应用于系统中;分析了能源互联网背景下的配用电网智能运维的技术特征及其支撑关键技术;基于智能电表及其数据资产角度,分别阐述了配用电检修和配用电运维应用场景下的智能化实现途径;设计了配网智能运维应用框架,可为能源互联网下配用电网检修运维智能化提供应用参考。
The intelligence of operation and maintenance(OM) in power distribution and utility grid(PDUN) is a key technical method to implement the efficient management of power grid. To realize the OM's efficiency and accuracy in PDUN, This paper proposes a PDUN technical architecture for the intelligent OM, which fully applies advanced measurement infrastructure(AMI) and smart meters with their data assets. This paper firstly analyzes the technical characteristics and key supporting technologies of the intelligent OM in PDUN under the background of energy interconnection. Then it depicts the intelligent implementation method in the applying scenarios of the maintenance in power distribution grid and the operation in power utility grid, which is based on the view of smart meters and their data assets. Finally, the applying mainframe of the intelligent OM in PDUN is designed, which targets to provide technical reference for the PDUN's OM intelligence under background of energy interconnection.
