摘要
煤炭企业是我国工业企业重要组成部分,也是实现煤炭资源强国目标的重要依托。对我国煤炭企业发展现状进行了深入分析,选择主要产煤国,如美国、澳大利亚、印度、印度尼西亚的煤炭企业为对比分析对象,深入剖析我国煤炭企业发展优势和差距,最后提出建设煤炭企业强国的主要措施。分析认为,我国部分大型煤炭企业在管理、技术等方面已经位于国际前列,但大多数煤炭企业与国际领先企业对比还有一定差距。因此,第一,要通过供给侧结构性改革提升产业集中度;第二,通过完成提升技术水平、建立开放式创新体系、发展平台企业、加强信息化手段应用等任务,把我国建设成为煤炭企业强国。
Coal enterprises are the important part of China industrial enterprises and are the important backing to realize the target of the coal resources powerful nation. A deep analysis was conducted on the development status of China coal enterpris- es and the coal enterprises in USA, Australia, India and Indonesia of the main coal producing countries were selected as the objects of the comparison analysis. A deep analysis was conducted on the advantage and disadvantage of China coal enterprises and finally the main measures to build the powerful nation of the coal enterprises were provided. The analysis showed that the management, technology and other aspects of the partial large coal enterprises are in an intentional leading position and but China major coal enterprises still have a certain difference to the international leading enterprises. Therefore, firstly the industry concentration should be improved with the supply side structure reform. Secondly with the implementation of the technology level upgraded, the establishment of the open type innovation system, the development of the enterprise＇ s platform, the application of the enhanced information means and other tasks, China would be constructed to be a powerful nation of the coal enterprises.
