摘要
北方广电电子营业厅系统是以方便北方广电客户操作和体验为目的,实现跨终端、跨平台、跨业务的新一代电子营业厅,具有网上营业厅、电视营业厅、掌上营业厅、实体营业厅自助终端、微信营业厅5种自助服务系统,除涵盖自助渠道的查询类业务功能外,还扩展了全媒体电视业务的宣传、营销、业务受理、充值缴费等功能。本文从建设背景、建设规划、技术创新点、建设内容及应用情况方面阐述了北方广电电子营业厅系统的规划建设并展望了其应用前景。
The electronic business system of North United Cable Network provides convenient customer-friendly operations and experiences, which is featured with five self-service subsystems: online business hall, TV business hall, handheld business hall, self-service terminal and WeChat business hall. Besides self-query, our business system extends functions of advertising, marketing and business acceptance of omni-media TV programs, recharge and payment and etc. This paper explains the electronic business system of the North United Cable Network in aspects of construction background, construction plan, technical innovation, construction scheme and its application.
